Buyers Use of Products

RVResearch’s products are intended primarily for Industrial, laboratory, manufacturing and research use and are not to be used for other purposes, including, but not limited to as, or a component in, a food, drug, or medical device, in vitro diagnostic reagents or cosmetics as defined in the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, nor as a pesticide as defined in the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, nor for any human, veterinary or household use. You acknowledge that the products purchased from us have not been tested for safety and efficacy in a food, drug, cosmetic or pesticide unless otherwise stated by us in writing furnished to you. You expressly represent and warrant to us that you will properly store, test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from us and any final articles made from them in accordance with the practices of a reasonable person who is an expert in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable federal and state food, drug, device, and cosmetic and other relevant federal and state laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, federal and/or international laws and regulations within your jurisdiction. The hazards, physiological and toxicological properties of most of our chemicals have not yet been fully investigated and/or determined, therefore, all of our chemicals should be handled with the utmost caution when they are used, stored or during disposal. We make no guarantee of any results and assume no liability for damage to any person, persons or property resulting from incorrect handling, storage, usage or disposal of our products. We are not responsible for conditions and actions which are beyond our control. You further warrant that any final articles manufactured from our products shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and shall not be articles which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.

You acknowledge that our products are intended primarily for laboratory use and they may not be on the inventory of Existing Chemical Substances defined pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). We assume no responsibility to assure that products purchased hereunder may be used in a commercial application as defined under TSCA.

You have the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from us. You also have the duty to warn your customers of any risks involved in using or handling the products.

You agree to comply with instructions and product label, if any, furnished by us relating to the use of the products and not misuse the products in any manner.

If you are reselling our products you also have the duty to make sure your customers use our products according to our product labels, other writings, or invoices furnished. You will also insure none of your customers use our products for any food, drug, human, animal, household or pesticide use.

All products offered on this website are strictly intended for research and educational purposes only. These substances are designated for in vitro testing and laboratory experimentation by qualified professionals. Under no circumstances should these products be introduced into the human or animal body. Any such use is strictly prohibited by law and is neither endorsed nor condoned by this website.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that these products are not intended for human or veterinary use, and you assume full responsibility for their appropriate handling. These substances are not drugs, foods, or cosmetics and must not be misbranded, misused, or mislabeled as such. Proper licensing and expertise are required for their lawful use.

Whom We Sell To

RVResearch offers its products for sale to businesses, laboratories, college students, doctors, governmental agencies, educational institutions, individual professionals, laboratories, chemists, manufacturers, contractors, life science researchers, medicinal chemistry researchers and drug discovery researchers domestically.


All Sales Final – No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

All chemicals are guaranteed to conform to the specifications listed on our labels, in our catalog, and on our web site. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our facility, we can no longer verify its sterility, integrity, or potential exposure to external conditions.

Additionally, as we are unable to determine the specific methodologies used in your research, we cannot offer any refunds or replacements. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Applicable Law

Any action shall be brought exclusively in the federal and state courts located in Arkansas and you expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Hazardous Materials

Chemicals may be extremely toxic or otherwise hazardous. All products should be handled only by individuals familiar with their potential hazards. If a product is hazardous, the product description and label will reflect this.

All shipments containing hazardous material are packaged, labeled, and marked in accordance with the Department of Transportation 49 CFR. Our employees are tested and certified under 49 CFR 172.704 to ship hazardous materials. All hazardous materials are packaged and shipped in United Nations Performance Oriented Packaging (UN POP)

Regulatory

Due to the sensitive nature of some products we may require additional information (copies of your business or professional license or credentials, driver license or other documents) from you prior to releasing an order for shipment. If your order requires additional information you will be contacted by email with instructions on how to send in this information to us. If we receive no response from you within 5 business days then the order will be cancelled and your account will be credited.

No Reship Guarantee

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouses, it is no longer our responsibility. We do not offer reshipments or replacements for lost, delayed, seized, stolen, damaged, or undelivered packages, regardless of the reason. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with both import and export regulations applicable to your order. Any duties, VAT, import taxes, customs fees, export restrictions, or other charges imposed by your country or any transit country are solely your responsibility. We are not liable for any costs, penalties, or issues arising from the importation or exportation of your order.

We take great care to package all shipments securely to prevent damage during normal transit. While we have not had issues with damage under standard shipping conditions, we cannot guarantee against damage caused by mishandling, rough transit, or theft once the package has left our facility. If you are concerned about potential loss or damage, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance or additional protection, as we are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for such incidents.

We strive to get orders shipped out within two (2) business day of your orders being received, however due to high volumes of orders, as well as ongoing carrier logistical challenges, all U.S. domestic and international shipping services are experiencing significant delays. Factors such as high package volumes, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, extreme weather conditions, and increased customs processing times are affecting transit speeds worldwide. While we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may be longer than expected, and we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates.
